Personal Training

 

Think of group fitness classes as being a bus you jump from point a to b, and and personal training as being a chauffeur driven car which takes you from an exact start to end point. We offer a personal training program for those of you who fall in the following categories:

  • no fitness background wanting to start exercising

  • suffer from back pain

  • pre and post natal

  • require privacy for cultural reasons

  • a senior over 60 years

  • have a specific weight loss goal (nutrition guidance provided)

Our goal will always be to encourage you to transition from personal training to group fitness at some point in your fitness journey. Since 2021 several Chisel N Striders have transitioned from personal training to group classes seamlessly and here’s what they’ve had to say.
